Specializations: e-publishing in the new media. Upon the programme completion, participants shall obtain  Bachelor diplomas which give them the opportunity to sign up for the second-cycle programme in Polish philology or other programmes related to the editing. The holders of the first-cycle degree shall demonstrate general knowledge from the area of humanities and basic knowledge from the field of editing, editorial techniques and Polish philology (language and literature). Apart from that, they shall have the basic IT, economic and legal competence needed for the work in editorial institutions. They shall also know how to continue their education (self-education). The holders of the first-cycle degree shall be able to apply for a job in publishing companies, editorial/proofreading bureaus, newspaper offices, editorial companies, institutions offering publishing services. They shall also be prepared for a job in different institutions operating in the cultural domain (e.g. libraries, community centres, bookshops).
