Undergraduate program – leading to a bachelor’s or engineer’s degree, open to secondary school graduates who have passed high-school leaving exam
Master’s program – leading to a master’s degree, open to those holding a bachelor’s degree
Doctoral program – leading to a doctoral degree, open to those holding a master’s degree or equivalent
Students holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree may enroll in extension /continuing education programs

Gastronomy and culinary art
Gastronomy and culinary art is the direction that allows acquire specialized knowledge and skills in the art of preparing and serving meals and the design and management bodies that provide catering business. The content of education in the curriculum applies to both the traditional aspects of the process to provide catering services, as well as innovative approaches to meet the diverse and rapidly changing consumer needs.
Examples of subjects during the study:
The history of gastronomy, catering in art, cookery and world cuisines, catering and events organization, the basics of hospitality, aesthetics and the art of catering decorating, information technology in the hospitality, entrepreneurship and management in the hospitality, culinary tourism, savoir vivre and diplomatic protocol.
A graduate of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is a specialist who has comprehensive knowledge, skills and competences enabling the employment in catering facilities and catering - hospitality at every level of their organization as well as in companies designing equipment catering facilities and specializing in the sale of instruments and equipment for these facilities. The knowledge gained also allows running your own business in the HoReCa industry.
During studies are carried out apprenticeships in institutions HoReCa: in restaurants, bars, catering point in commercial establishments, hotels, canteens and in establishments producing equipment and catering equipment, etc.
